Pertandingan memasak nasi lemak ini dianjurkan oleh Jabatan Warisan Negara Malaysia dan Sri Warisan Event Management dengan kerjasama Kementerian Penerangan, Komunikasi dan Kebudayaan. Ianya  terbuka kepada segenap lapisan masyarakat.

Nasi lemak yang paling sedap akan dinobatkan sebagai 'Nasi Lemak 1 Malaysia' pada fiesta tersebut. Kepada pengunjung Fiesta Nasi Lemak 1 Malaysia @ peminat-peminat nasi lemak pula, jangan lepaskan peluang mendapatkan nasi lemak secara percuma pada 5 dan 6 Jun 2010

Selain dari pertandingan memasak nasi lemak, terdapat juga pertandingan lain yang boleh disertai oleh para pengunjung seperti pertandingan mewarna, karaoke, teh tarik dan pakaian tradisional 1 Malaysia. Semakan Keputusan Permohonan Matrikulasi 2010 & Pendaftaran 10 Mei 2010

Keputusan kemasukan ke Matrikulasi KPM Sesi 2010/2011telah pun dibuka sejak 16 April 2010 yang lalu. Keputusan ini adalah untuk para pemohon yang mendapat tawaran Matrikulasi Program Satu Tahun (PST).

Semakan boleh dibuat melalui 3 cara:

1. 
   
   Melalui laman web Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia di Aplikasi Pra Universiti.
2. 
   
   Melalui SMS – Taip MOE (jarak) MAT (jarak) No.KP (tanpa sempang) dan hantar kepada 15888 Contoh: MOE MAT 911001115263 dan hantar ke 15888
3. 
   
   Telefon terus ke Talian Bantuan Matrikulasi di 03 8884 4100 dari jam 8.30 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada hari bekerja

Tahniah kepada pelajar-pelajar yang ditawarkan tempat di pusat-pusat matrikulasi di seluruh negara.  Pelajar yang berjaya mendapat tawaran ke Matrikulasi perlu mendaftarkan diri ke Kolej Matrikulasi yang telah ditetapkan pada 10 Mei 2010. 

Jangan lupa tau. Maklumlah..dah lama sangat bercuti selepas tamat SPM.

Pelajar yang layak dan membuat permohonan tetapi gagal mendapat tawaran ke Matrikulasi Sesi 2010/2011 bagi PST boleh membuat rayuan mulai 16 April 2010 sehingga 30 April 2010. Keputusan rayuan boleh disemak pada 24 Mei 2010.

Bagi yang tidak berjaya, jangan kecewa. Masih banyak peluang untuk melanjutkan pelajaran terbuka luas di Malaysia. Keputusan permohonan UPU bakal keluar bulan Mei nanti.

Karnival Kerjaya JobStreet @ MidValley Convention Centre

Karnival Kerjaya - Malaysia Career & Training Fair 2010 (MCTF) yang dianjurkan oleh JobStreet bermula Jumaat 16 April 2010 akan berakhir pada hari Ahad 18 April 2010. Ada lebih kurang 180 syarikat menawarkan pelbagai jawatan.

Bagi yang telah melakukan pra pendaftaran secara online, anda boleh terus masuk melalui kaunter ekspress dengan hanya menunjukkan kod unik anda. Bagi yang tak daftar, jangan risau. Anda tetap dialu-alukan hadir dan boleh masuk secara percuma. Tapi kena la isi borang pendaftaran dulu sebelum masuk.

Selepas pendaftaran, pengunjung akan diberikan sticker untuk ditampal pada baju anda.

Pengunjung terutamanya yang mencari peluang pekerjaan dinasihatkan memakai pakaian yang sesuai. Ini kerana ada sesetengah yang syarikat yang turut menjalankan proses temuduga pada hari tersebut.

Pengunjung boleh mendapatkan maklumat kekosongan jawatan di syarikat-syarikat yang menyertai MCTF ini di setiap booth atau pun boleh semak pada papan kenyataan yang disediakan. 

Terdapat banyak syarikat-syarikat yang menawarkan pelbagai peluang pekerjaan baik untuk golongan profesional dan juga bukan profesional. Antara syarikat yang menyertai MCTF'10 ialah Panasonic, Western Digital, Sime Darby, Media Prima, Resorts World At Sentosa Pvt Ltd, Philip Morris, T-Systems, Dunham-Bush, Genting Malaysia Berhad, L'oreal Malaysia, Naza Group, Sony ECMS (Malaysia), SP Setia and many more.

Agak mengecewakan bagi mereka yang mempunyai latar belakang kejuruteraan kimia. Terlalu sedikit syarikat yang mempunyai kekosongan jawatan bidang ini. Pihak JobStreet patut menjemput lebih banyak syarikat-syarikat gergasi dan multinational dalam bidang oil & gas bagi menambah bilangan kekosongan jawatan dalam bidang profesional dan kejuruteraan.

Pelajar-pelajar yang masih tercari-cari tempat latihan praktikal (intership) juga digalakkan ke sana. Banyak syarikat  yang sudi menawarkan organisasi mereka sebagai tempat latihan mereka.

About Malaysia Career & Training Fair 2010:

• Date: 16 - 18 April 2010
• Time: 10am - 7pm
• Venue:  Mid Valley Convention Centre

Registration:

You can register online at the MCTF QUICK REGISTRATION page for hassle free entry to the fair. Upon submission, a confirmation SMS would be delivered to your handphone on April, 2010 with a unique code. All you have to do is to show this code at the pre-registration counter to enter.

Each registration is good throughout the fair. Each person is required to have a separate registration, as each code is unique.

If you are unable to register online, you can still register on the day itself at the entrance

Dress code: 

You may be required to attend an interview on the spot by the participating companies, thus we advise smart casual attires. For example, long sleeve shirt for men and work wear for ladies.

Biasiswa 1Malaysia

Permohonan dipelawa daripada calon-calon yang memperolehi keputusan cemerlang dalam peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) pada 2009 untuk melanjutkan pengajian di peringkat ijazah sarjana muda bidang perubatan di Mesir mulai sesi 2010/2011 dan pelajar yang sedang mengikuti pengajian tahun 2 dan ke atas dalam bidang dan universiti yang sama untuk mendapatkan Biasiswa Yayasan 1MDB tajaan 1 Malaysia Development Berhad.  

Syarat kelayakan:
(a) Syarat-syarat Asas
      i) Pelajar lepasan Sekolah Menengah Agama Negeri (SMAN) / Sekolah Menengah Agama Rakyat (SMAR);
      ii) Telah menduduki peperiksaan STAM/STA/SMA atau setaraf;
      iii) warganegara Malaysia;
      iv) Umur tidak melebihi 25 tahun pada 1 September 2010;
      v) Mendapat surat sokongan/pengesahan* menyambung pengajian dalam bidang yang ditawarkan daripada Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (KPT)/Jabatan Penuntut Malaysia (JPMK) di Mesir ;
      vi) Telah menerima surat tawaran* melanjutkan pengajian di peringkat ijazah sarjana muda perubatan di Mesir mulai sesi 2010/2011 atau pelajar yang sedang mengikuti pengajian tahun 2 dan ke atas di universiti yang sama; dan
      vii) Keutamaan Penajaan akan diberikan kepada pelajar yang datang dari keluarga miskin yang tidak menerima sebarang penajaan.

Nota : (*) dokumen berkaitan dihantar sebaik sahaja diperolehi

(b) Syarat khusus (Kelayakan Akademik)

      i) Pelajar baru di Tahun Pertama Semester Satu Sesi 2010/2011 mesti lulus dengan cemerlang dalam SPM Aliran Sains dengan mendapat Gred 2A dalam 7 mata pelajarantermasuk Bahasa Arab;
                                                        Atau
      Memiliki Sijil Matrikulasi Sains dengan memperolehi CGPA 3.40.

      ii) Pelajar Tahun Kedua dan Ke Atas semester satu Sesi 2010/2011 mesti lulus dengan cemerlang dalam peperiksaan sebelumnya dengan memperolehi sekurang-kurangnya CGPA 3.50 atau gred Mumtaz (80 peratus).

Pesta Buku Antarabangsa 2010

Perhatian kepada kaki-kaki buku sekalian.  
Pesta Buku Antarabangsa sedang berlangsung di PWTC Kuala Lumpur 
bermula 19 Mac 2010 hingga 28 Mac 2010. 
Datanglah beramai-ramai. 

Cewahh buat pengumuman gaya macam orang nak berkempen. Terdapat pelbagai aktiviti dijalankan sempena pesta buku tahun 2010 ini. Selain pameran dan jualan buku, terdapat juga pelancaran produk-produk dari penulis terkenal, sesi autograf bersama kartunis, pertandingan, kuiz berkumpulan, forum dan taklimat serta acara bercerita bersama selebriti. 

Maklumat lanjut tentang tentatif program sepanjang pesta buku 2010, sila klik di sini.  Masuk adalah percuma. Pesta buku Kuala Lumpur 2010 dibuka:

• Isnin - Khamis (10 pagi hingga 8 malam)
• Jumaat - Ahad (10 pagi hingga 9 malam)

Zaman sekolah dulu, setiap tahun dah macam acara wajib mesti nak pergi bookfair. Yang syoknya bukan setakat beli buku akademik tapi dapat beli majalah kartun macam Ujang, Gempak etc. (balik rumah kena sorokkan dalam almari, kalau mak jumpa mesti kena marah..membazir!! Silap2 ada yang kena buang,iskh2x..penat ai kumpul duit).

Kalau beli edisi yang lama2 memang dapat harga murah lah. Pastue dapat free buku nota kecik, poster or sticker. Lagi best bila dapat jumpa favourite kartunis secara live. Siap mintak dia lukiskan gambar kat kertas. huhuhuhu... Masih tersimpan rapi lagi sticker 'blues untuk aku'..bila agaknya nak tampal??hehehe

Dah 3-4 tahun tak pergi Pesta Buku. Best macam dulu lagi tak agaknya...???

Permohonan Biasiswa JPA & MARA Program Ijazah Luar Negara 2010

Keputusan SPM 2009 dikeluarkan hari ini (Khamis 11 Mac 2010). Tahniah kepada semua pelajar yang lulus dengan cemerlang. 

Bagi pelajar-pelajar yang mendapat keputusan cemerlang dan berminat menyambung pelajaran ke luar negara, permohonan biasiswa JPA dan MARA bagi Program Ijazah Luar Negara 2010 telah pun dibuka sekarang.

Permohonan boleh dibuat secara on-line melalui laman web http://esilav2.jpa.gov.my/ bermula hari ini. Tarikh tutup permohonan adalah pada 17 Mac 2010. Pemohon diminta melepasi syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan sebelum memohon mana-mana course.
