Kerja banyak tapi aku tetap nak update. Semangat membara nak review Milkadeal (MAD) dari Irenebakelove Online Bakery. Asalnya aku beli voucher tu sebab nak order untuk majlis makan-makan family aku sabtu lepas. Unfortunately, mereka tak available pulak. Since dah bayar, aku kena ambil juga la kan.. So, aku ambil hari ni, Jumaat 15 April 2011.
Memula aku cakap nak pick up dekat SACC Mall tapi owner dia kata after kul6petang. haiissshh..tak kuasa la pulak aku nak ke SACC kul 6pm. So, aku request untuk ambil masa lunch hour. Then, Ms Aireen cakap kalau nak ambil masa lunch hour kena pick up sendiri kat rumah dia.
Takde problem pun nak pergi pick up kat rumah dia. Senang je nak pergi situ. Jalan Plumbum 7/98..Korang tau Jakel Seksyen 7??? Haaa.. dah dekat sangat dah dengan rumah dia.
First impression lepas dapat apa yang aku order? Alaahaiii...cutenya box cupcakes. Cupcakes pun cute-cute je. Aku request dua jenis flavor; coklat dan vanilla. Untuk butter topping, aku pilih warna pink & purple.
Dengan voucher nie, aku entitle to get 12 bijik cupcakes 2oz. Jangan pulak korang ingat cupcakes yang besau kemain tue..cupcake cute je..tapi worth la. Then, ada mini cream puff 10 bijik dan 7 ketul mini blueberry cheese tart.
Masuk je kereta, laju-laju baca bismillah kemudian sumbat sebiji mini cream puff. Sedap! Lepas tue, ambil mini blueberry cheese tart pulak. hmm..sedap..walaupun blueberry filling agak manis sket.
So, kalau ada sape2 nak tempah blueberry cheese tart atau cream puff boleh contact Irenebakelove team, hokeh??
Save the best untuk yang last kan..aku pilih cupcakes coklat dengan topping warna purple. Err..Ms Airieen kalau terbaca nie jangan kecik hati yekk.. bau topping butter cream tue tersangat la kuat. Tau tak bau marjerin camne? bila bukak je penutup box cupcakes tue, menyengit bau dia.. Cake flavor chocolate yang aku makan rasanya okay tapi agak kering sedikit. kalau moist a bit, mesti lagi sedap.
Baru je tadi aku sms irenebakelove team nie. Aku tanya gak pasal cupcake dia. Dia kata nanti dia check. Maybe bau kuat sangat tue disebabkan essence vanilla yang digunakan kot. Bagus Ms Aireen nie. Cepat bagi respon tapi takde la melatah ke marah-marah ke sebab aku bagi komen kat produk dia.
Since aku pun bukan hebat sangat dalam bidang pastri nie kan..so tak boleh la nak komen lebih-lebih. Aku masak kek pun setahun boleh kira dengan jari je berapa kali. hehehehe
Nak customer sentiasa ramai, bizness makin up..PR & kualiti produk mesti tiptop. Aku akhiri entri kali ini dengan kata-kata 'Customer Always Right'...hehehe

My sis bought this deal too. She didn't like the cupcakes either.
We didn't quite like how she handled the order too. She took the order, my sister requested for a pick up date, she never responded. My sis sms-ed one night earlier, still no response and SUDDENLY on the pick up day, she said it's ready for pick up.
What? You think kalau tak respond tu, ktrg paham2 sendiri ke?
My sis HAD to pick it up although it was NOT EASY for her to travel.
Came home, my sis disappointed pulak with the taste. Sigh.
And so, lesson learnt.
my email pun dia reply lmbt sket but dia ada inform la yg she x available to provide the order on the requested date. pick up point & time pun 2x tukar but that one never mindla sbb aku keje shah alam gak.. After all, dia kena improve PR and the cakes taste la baru leh maintain good bussiness.
